The third prize is a gallon of Maple Syrup made by a local producer. Tickets are available from any Ladies' Guild member, or call Dona Beyel at 315-942-4611 or Jean Kent at 315-942-4530. New Edition of Tip-Top Recipes is coming!
In 1954, the ladies of the church compiled a recipe book with hundreds of recipes and pages of helpful hints for everything from baking to sewing and everything in between, like gardening and painting. It's fund to read that section which gives a true taste of the times. Fifty years later, the church ladies reproduced that recipe book and added new recipes from their generation. Now, in 2020, we have reprinted both sections and have added new recipes from our current church family and friends. The new books will be here before Thanksgiving, and will be available in plenty of time for Christmas gift giving. The price will be $12 per copy.
We are taking pre-orders, so if you are interested, please call Dona Beyel at 315-942-4611 or email her at [email protected] or Jean Kent at 315-942-4530, [email protected]

Today was the 38th time that the West Leyden Reformed Church has hosted the Ham Dinner at the church. We sold over 100 tickets and had many happy faces! The food was really good, and numerous take-outs were ordered! We also saw a lot of people attend the service before the actual dinner commenced. Some pictures from the dinner are below.
